Gladius Dev is a freelance indie game developer based in Greece, designing and developing video games that offer original and immersive experiences to gamers. Through his work, he focuses on creating games that combine dynamic gameplay, unique aesthetics, and innovative ideas.
We were assigned to design and develop his new website with the goal of strengthening his online presence, effectively showcasing his work, and building a bridge of communication between him and both his fans and potential buyers. The website serves as his central platform, allowing visitors to get to know the developer, explore his projects, and be directed to external links for purchasing his games via Steam.
The Gladius Dev landing page has a modern and slightly playful tone, perfectly suited to the identity of an indie game developer. Enriched with custom animations and interactive effects, the site keeps visitors engaged while guiding them smoothly through the content.
The first section presents the developer’s projects, with eye-catching video displays and titles for each game, all linked directly to purchase pages on Steam. This is followed by a short and straightforward introduction to his mission and creative philosophy. The site also includes a live Instagram feed, showcasing updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and daily activity.
A sticky navigation menu ensures smooth browsing throughout the page, enhancing the overall user experience. All animations and effects are lightweight and fully responsive, ensuring excellent performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
