In collaboration with Overpass Connect, we designed the UI/UX for a modern Real Estate Project Management Platform created for managing projects, workflows, and tasks within the real estate and construction industry. The platform was designed to deliver a complete project, team, and workflow management experience through a modern and highly functional interface.
The system supports multiple user roles, including administrators, engineers, contractors, and collaborators, each with different permissions and access levels based on their responsibilities. Through organized workflows, tasks, and projects, the platform enables efficient real-time monitoring and management of project progress.
The platform’s UI design was created with a strong focus on functionality, structured information hierarchy, and seamless management of complex workflows. The overall visual direction follows a modern and minimal enterprise interface, allowing users to efficiently interact with projects, processes, and tasks through organized dashboard environments.
The platform structure revolves around projects, workflows, and tasks, enabling hierarchical management across every stage of a project. Administrators have full access to all system data, while other users only access the workflows and tasks assigned to them. Through dynamic dashboards and notification systems, users can monitor task progress, pending actions, and status updates in real time.
Special attention was given to task status management, allowing users to update task statuses as completed, problematic, or in progress while also attaching comments, images, files, and additional information. At the same time, administrators can manage teams, assign or remove members from workflows, monitor organizational structures, and manage image collections related to project progress and reporting.
The platform also includes advanced search filters, notification systems, and organized dashboards that simplify the management and monitoring of multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
The final result is a UI/UX concept that combines modern enterprise design, advanced workflow management, and efficient user experience, delivering a powerful tool for organizing and managing real estate and construction projects.
