
In collaboration with Overpass Connect, we designed the UI/UX for RiseForms, a modern interactive customer satisfaction platform that allows businesses to create and manage multi-step customer feedback forms. The project was designed to deliver a fast, flexible, and user-friendly feedback management experience through a modern and efficient interface.
The platform enables businesses to create customer satisfaction forms that can easily be shared through links, allowing them to collect real customer feedback quickly and efficiently. Additionally, users can customize question weights and scoring systems while monitoring detailed results and analytics within a structured dashboard environment.
The RiseForms UI design was created to provide a simple yet powerful customer feedback management experience. The overall visual direction was based on modern and minimal UI elements, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and speed of interaction.
The form creation experience was structured through multi-step workflows, enabling users to easily configure questions, scoring systems, and weight distributions according to their business needs. At the same time, the interface was carefully designed to guide users naturally through each step, reducing complexity and improving overall usability.
Special attention was given to the presentation of results and customer insights through organized dashboards and clean data structures that simplify analysis and decision-making. The responsive design and optimized user experience ensure smooth functionality across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
The final result is a UI/UX concept that combines modern aesthetics, functionality, and interactive user experience, positioning RiseForms as a flexible and modern customer feedback platform.
